The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Ein schöner Cake Topper. Der Kundenservice ist super! Das einzige was nicht so gut lief war der Versand wofür aber nur der Aketdienst was kann (1. Paket kam nicht an, beim 2. Haben sich ein paar Teile gelöst, wo ich hoffe das es repariert werden kann). Ob ich es nochmal bestellen würde kann ich ehrlich nicht sagen, weil ich die Verkäuferin und ihre Arbeit sehr schätze und auch den Preis gerechtfertigt finde aber andererseits es viel Geld ist das es nicht zu 100% ganz ist sondern ich versuchen muss es zu reparieren.
