Figurines created in cold porcelain can be kept as a keepsake after your party.

I cannot tell the quality of the item because it NEVER arrived. I kept asking for tracking… she would say “it was mailed a week ago”. When I asked two days before the party, she actually looked into it and realized it was stuck at the border. The birthday cake was based on this topper. Now I have no time to buy another. Then she had the nerve to offer credit. No. I will not be buying from her again.
